2013 Spring Semester Orientation for New International Students

Tsinghua’s 2013 spring semester orientation for new international students, was held in the University’s Main Building, on February 23rd. More than 500 students, from 72 countries, participated in the orientation, including postgraduate students, exchange students, visiting students, and Chinese language students.

During the orientation, students were given general introductions to important facilities located on campus. The introductions were made in order to help students prepare for studies at the university and in order to help them with their new lives in Beijing. 

A student representative from the Zijing International Volunteer Association Buddy Program also talked with students about her experiences as a Tsinghua student and introduced them to the various Student Associations available on campus.
