Director of National Humanities Center Visits

Dr. Geoffrey Harpham, Director of the National Humanities Center in the U.S., visited Tsinghua recently and delivered a speech entitled “Humanities and National Identity”.

Tsinghua University President Chen briefly introduced Tsinghua’s teaching philosophy, disciplines development, and international cooperation. The two expressed the hope that more collaboration could be built between Tsinghua and the National Humanities Center in the coming years and exchanged ideas on cooperation in scholars program.
